Nebraska Farmers Statement on

Judge Laurie Smith Camp Order on I-300 Enforcement

LINCOLN, Neb. – Nebraska Farmers Union is working with Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning’s office to consider available options in response to Judge Laurie Smith Camp’s Order permanently enjoining the Nebraska Attorney General and Secretary of State from enforcing I-300.

The Nebraska Attorney General’s office has filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit Court ruling of December 13, 2006.
